Buttercream Cake
The main components of our buttercream cake are Italian buttercream and French buttercream as decorations & inner layers. Buttercream cake tastes the best if it sits at room temperature for one to two hours before eating.

-Buttercream
Vanilla bean, Chocolate, Caramel, Earl Grey Tea
Three to four layers of vanilla cake with housemade fresh ube(purple yam) custard filling. Covered with ube (purple yam) whipped cream. Fresh cut/hand pressed edible flower and gold flakes decor on top.
6" (four layers) for 4 - 8 servings
